It is a nice place, very quiet in this busy area. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, AC is a big plus, the bathroom is spacious, just that the shower could get a little update.

Hi! I stayed 1 night in this basic place but was surprised how clean the room. It has also soap and shampoo which is great. Location amazing, you can walk to the beach in 10min and enjoy sunrise and sunset.
Very quiet at night even there is roosters near by.
Only preasure of shower poor, can be better in my opinion.

I wish I knew the owner lives next door with two roosters. They scream 24/7 day and night! As the property does not accept cancellations I had to stay until the end of my booking. I notified them about it, they changed my room but noise was still the same. I could not get a proper sleep or relax at any time.
I lived in this hotel for 4 months, and I will come here again. Very friendly staff who were always helpful and very friendly, also the rooms were always very clean. Very good location, 7 minutes walk to the ocean and many cafes and restaurants around this area (a big plus for people who don’t drive a bike)
Overall very nice place to stay. Price is equal to what you get.

+ little garden in the center of the house makes it more cozy
