    Tell us about your place.

    Send photos, room counts, and the offline rate you already charge walk-ins. Takes about 15 minutes — there's no listing fee.

    We publish it at your price.

    Your nightly rate stays untouched. We add the weekly and monthly discount tiers and translate prices into the guest's local currency at live FX rates.

  3. 3

    Guests book and pay direct.

    Anonymous checkout through Stripe. You see the request, approve it, and the booking confirms with your contact details attached.

  4. 4

    Get paid after check-in.

    Once your guest arrives, the payout releases. Most hosts see funds in their bank within the week.

Do I have to leave Airbnb or Booking.com?+

No. Most Lodge hosts list everywhere. iCal sync keeps your calendar in lockstep across every platform, so you can run Lodge alongside what you already use.

What does it actually cost me?+

Nothing. Listing is free. There are no monthly fees, no per-photo fees, no payout fees. Lodge earns its 10% from the guest side of the transaction — never from you.

When do I get paid?+

Stripe holds the charge until your guest checks in. After check-in, the booking becomes eligible for payout, and we transfer funds to your bank — typically within a week.

Who handles guest questions?+

You do. Lodge is the booking layer, not a concierge. Every guest gets your name, your number, and your email at confirmation. Talk to them the way you'd talk to any walk-in guest.

What if a guest cancels?+

Refunds run through Stripe automatically against the cancellation policy you picked at listing. No paperwork, no chasing, no surprises.
