Hosts must:

  • Honor confirmed bookings

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries

7. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between guests and hosts, Lodge will attempt to facilitate resolution. However, we are not responsible for the actions or inactions of hosts or guests.
